Marianne Dishner

In memory of Bradley's wife Marianne Dishner, who passed away on December 15, 2006 from pancreatic cancer. Marianne was an optimistic person with a universally cheerful disposition whose magical affect caused difficulties to disappear and obstacles vanish. She is remembered and will remain in our hearts as a beloved wife, mother and OMA.

Marianne was born in Schwabisch-Gumund, Germany on November 4th, 1940 as Helga Marianne Ritter. Marianne attended Catholic parochial school and later the Stuttgart Business College. She did not particularly care for her first name (Helga) and chose to be called Marianne instead. Marianne is at rest in the Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City, Georgia.

I know how much you enjoyed attending Brad's class reunions. I'm sure with the class of '56 as with me that you have left a mark that can never be erased. I love you and miss you and will check on Brad to make sure things are going well with him.

Marianne was special to me from the first day I met her. She will always hold a special place in my heart because she encouraged me to "JUST DO IT and not TALK ABOUT IT!" Mary Kay will never be the same without FRAU Dishner. I think of Marianne and Brad often.

Marianne was so sweet to me when I started my Mary Kay business. She and Brad came to Monticello to help me get started. She was a wonderful lady and is greatly missed by all who knew her.

truly my sister.

Not only were Marianne and I neighbors years ago but we remained friends over the years, no matter where she and her family moved or relocated, we always kept in touch. I think of her often and know she is looking down on us with a smile.

Our brief meetings at MHS reunions class of "56 was so lovely. One could sense what a beautiful person Marianne was and how lucky Brad was to have had her as his wife. Friendly, outgoing, beautiful and a joy for me to have had the opportunity to have met her.
